#FallIntoBookLove – The Bakeshop at Pumpkin and Spice

October 23, 2019 Leave a Comment

🍁🍁🍁🍁 🍂🍂🍂 🍁🍁🍁🍁

Hi everyone! I’ve gone on a huge Fall/Halloween book binge over the past month, and it has made me so happy!

I’ll be writing about it more in the coming week, but I’ve also put together some giveaways for you!

I have some news coming up, and I’ll be using my newsletter a bit more to let people know about posts, visiting authors, giveaways and other news.

So to start, I’ll be giving away three copies of THE BAKESHOP AT PUMPKIN AND SPICE (with huge thanks to Kensington Publishing).

This book is so cute, and such a great read to get any romance fan into a fall holiday mood. Three stories by three awesome authors about a delightful Maine town that loves Halloween.

There’s also a magical bakeshop, some romance-inducing cookies, and three couples who fall under the spell of each other as well as the season.

All in all, a perfect recipe for a great, seasonal read!

Every autumn, Moonbright, Maine, is the picture of charm with its piles of crisp leaves, flickering jack-o’-lanterns … and a touch of the sweetest kind of enchantment.

Witches, goblins, the occasional ghost—they’re all sure to be spotted at the annual Halloween parade, where adults and children alike dress in costume to celebrate Moonbright’s favorite holiday. And no place has more seasonal spirit than Bellaluna’s Bakeshop, a family business steeped in traditional recipes, welcoming warmth—and, legend has it, truly spellbinding, heart-melting treats …

Between good-natured Halloween tricks, frothy pumpkin lattes, and some very special baked goods, for three Moonbright residents looking for love—whether they know it or not—the spookiest thing will be how magical romance can suddenly be …

Roselle Lim – The Delights of Magic, Paris & Tea

August 30, 2020

Lim’s writing is graceful and accomplished, allowing her to tell a layered, imaginative, entrancing tale with the lyricism and radiance it deserves.

Jenn McKinlay – Paris Books Are Always A Good Idea

August 30, 2020

This book was a great mix of deeper themes like extended grief and reclaiming one’s true self when life has become all work and no joy, held in tension with elements like reconnecting with old loves and finding them completely different than the hazy version of a decade ago.
